I loved working with Sue to find my new car. Sue was informed, kind, helpful, and warm. Unlike other car buying shopping and buying experiences I've had, Sue didn't talk down to me and I never felt as though I was being taken advantage of. She also worked with me as a Costco member as part of the Auto Buying Program to ensure I received the Costco price on my new car. I had been to several dealers and spoken to many others, and my experience with Sue far surpassed my other experiences (and I completely loved the car as well). I was happy to give Sue my business and would recommend her to anybody. More

She took her time in finding the right car for us and never once was pushy. Over a month and three to four cars went by before we decided on the one that we really wanted. Jim Walker helped us with finalizing the paperwork. The whole experience was a letdown. We felt being rushed through the process of signing the papers. Explanations were provided, ok ...but when we tried to ask questions or get him to slow down, it was obvious that Jim was a bit annoyed. He also tried to push the aftermarket maintenance plans that we decided we didn't really need. We went with the lowest one based on our previous Subaru owning experience. It was clear that Jim wasn't happy with our decision and still tried to push it rudely it felt almost like an insult. Given that it was past the dealership closing time, we thought that maybe he didn't get paid or wasn't paid enough for the time he spent with us. But Jim should have put professionalism first and taken his dissatisfaction out somewhere else and not on customers. We did bring it up to the management and were happy with how they handled the situation. But we found this website and thought that it would be fair that others get to learn about our experience too.
