Heritage was the highest rated dealer in a 30 minute radius from me. My salesman during my time here was Jeff Webber. From my first phone call inquiry with Jeff to taking the keys to my new vehicle, he and the rest of the guys and gals at Heritage were an absolute pleasure to work with. After taking care of my order, Jeff was in constant communication with me during the unpredictable factory build process. When the time came to take delivery, he encouraged me to shop around for rates on an auto insurance policy. Being that I’d been with the same insurance company for over 5 years, I was reluctant to do so. I was satisfied with my rate and coverage, but Jeff was persistent. To my surprise, doing so via Dealer Policy saved me just under $50/month on my insurance. I was also offered a great price for my trade-in which made the deal even easier to make. Maybe I am spoiled by incredible service by my usual dealer, (Sun Motor Cars in Mechanicsburg, PA) who always goes above and beyond to make you feel like royalty, but this buying experience was horrible dealer, (Sun Motor Cars in Mechanicsburg, PA) who always goes above and beyond to make you feel like royalty, but this buying experience was horrible and I will never use Heritage or any of their dealerships again. The attention to detail and communications between sales staff, management, and service was terrible and almost laughable if it wasn't so frustrating. The lack of attention caused me to make multiple trips of over an hour each way, still not having the vehicle service even close to completed as they stated, and increased charges for labor they caused by lack of communication. Not to mention a rude sales manager who treated me like I was only there to give them a headache or rip them off because they needed all sales finalized by the end of the month. Great example of how a dealership only treats you as a number on a dry erase board at the end of the month, and not a valued consumer. On a positive note, most of the staff was personable and very conversational. Unfortunately that is only a small part of the buying experience. I am not a person who typically has any issues with dealerships or businesses in general, but when the process was this bad I have to make it known. If the vehicle was not the only one that fit my needs within a 400 mile radius I would have walked out and never came back, but instead I had to endure the gross lack of professionalism just to get it over with. They may have lost one customer in myself, which isn't such a big deal given the size of their network of dealerships, but due to my experience I have to make it known to my network which is far and wide due to the nature of my work. I had 5 former players in last months MLB draft who will all be looking for vehicles when they get back from rookie ball in a few months. They probably won't be buying that Hellcat or TRX from a Heritage owned dealership. #nothanks More
