My wife and I purchased our new Grand Cherokee remotely from Florida thru Heritage's website. Communicating with Jeremy via email, text and phone was as easy as it gets. We flew in to pick-up our purchase and he did not hesitate to offer to pick us up from the airport. The drive to the dealership was in a vehicle just like ours so he could describe the features while we sat in comfort. Overall we were extremely satisfied with Jeremy as our Salesman and would ask for him personally next time. More
