Very poor customer service Had tires rotated then couldn’t get lugs off. Was told I would need to make appointment. Supposedly was fixed went to change tire one lug was still frozen broke stud off to get tire off. still not fixed haven’t had time to change out broken lug All this because I had service done at dealership. Wonder what it’s gonna cost to get new lug installed More
