Had a GREAT experience at Heritage. Nathan Wardell is low-key and was well-informed about the Maverick, which I bought at a fair, competitive price. I had a good idea of my trade-in's value; they offered at the high end, which helped sweeten the deal--this was adroitly handled by Zach Roberts. Once we started putting together the deal, Heritage helped me locate an excellent financing rate (all this on a Saturday afternoon). Finally, when it was time to sign all the paperwork, I was put in the expert hands of Celeste DesRosiers. She made the process easy to understand and a pleasure. Again: no high-pressure tactics (they offer service packages and I didn't opt for any at this time). I've not bought a vehicle for 14 years, and don't have wide experience with the process. But at every step, I felt like I was in the hands of professionals. While I was willing to drive a bit to look at other vehicles, I am delighted to start my time as a Heritage-Ford guy. I'm a fan! More

The day we went to look at cars to lease, wasnt sure what would happen but met up with Michael and he helped me drive off the lot in a brand new 2023 Ford Explorer. Michael met me at the door, was friendly, fun, and took great care of me. From beginning to end, the process was about 2 hours and I went home happy in the right truck and at the right price.
