Easy to work with , I was treated as a friend and very professionally at the same time. My salesman Bill LaBonte was efficient and friendly, even coming in while on vacation, which actually was concernin professionally at the same time. He let me know exactly what was going on from the moment I first talked to him to my delivery. Ford should take care in treating great employees as treasures. Theresa Moss did my paperwork . She is a great asset to your company, efficient, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions . She recognized that I had limited time and made sure we got through everything in good time. This is my third truck that I've leased through Heritage and it was everything I would expect out of a first rate business. More

I had a positive experience with Heritage Ford, salesperson Turner Edes and finance manager Theresa Moss. Turner took my order for a Maverick truck in October 2021 and kept me informed every step salesperson Turner Edes and finance manager Theresa Moss. Turner took my order for a Maverick truck in October 2021 and kept me informed every step of the way during my wait for the in-demand vehicle. When the truck arrived this month (July 2023), Turner went to bat for me with Ford Motor Company to make sure that my price protection commitment was honored - which got a bit complicated, but Turner worked hard to be sure it worked out. When I picked up the truck, he was fantastic. Heritage Finance Manager Theresa Moss was similarly good to work with. When I paid for the vehicle, she walked me through everything clearly and patiently even thought it was the end of the day on a Friday, after a busy day and a busy week. Overall, purchasing my new truck was a good experience (despite the long wait due to the popularity of the truck and supply chain issues). I love my Ford Maverick and recommend Turner, Theresa and Heritage Ford. More
