Jake was awesome. Replied to all my emails, answering any and all questions we had. Theresa was very patient and helpful, especially when we found out that we hadn't released the freeze on my credit report. Price on the van was fair, and we were allowed to go over it as much as we needed and wanted. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that we could leave with the car the same day even though we were from neighboring New York state. Completed the entire transaction timely and left very happy. We would recommend both Jake and this dealership to anyone looking for a good car at a great price with spectacular customer service. Thanks for everything. More

I kind of stumbled going up the stairs to the dealership and a salesman came to the door to meet us and I knew he was the one. After our disappointment at the Chevy dealership we stopped by Heritage Ford to look at the Mustang Mach-E's that they had on the lot. After Charlie gave us test drive in one, he had us talk with Areg stopped by Heritage Ford to look at the Mustang Mach-E's that they had on the lot. After Charlie gave us test drive in one, he had us talk with Areg who worked with us in 2021 when we got our Ford Ranger. From there we decided to buy the Mustang. We worked with Areg and Theresa for the rest of day doing financing and scheduling a pickup time. Everyone was very helpful, all working together to make our experience very positive. More
