I’ve been a loyal Honda customer for 13 years — purchased three cars here and serviced my vehicles exclusively at this dealership. In all that time, I’ve never written a negative review for anyone or anything… until now. My recent $1,700 bill was a slap in the face. I was quoted one price, promised my car would be ready, and then told about “new issues” and higher costs. My time was disregarded, my trust taken for granted, and not even a gesture of appreciation or acknowledgment for over a decade of loyalty. It’s disappointing to see how far customer care has fallen. As Honda dealerships have leaned on technology to gain efficiency, they’ve lost the human side of service. It’s the seesaw principle — the more they automate, the less they seem to value their customers. An interesting dilemma, but a painful one to experience firsthand. After 13 years and three vehicles, this experience made me question everything I thought I knew about this dealership. Efficiency shouldn’t come at the expense of integrity and customer respect. More
