I Had a wonderful experience at Heritage Honda Parkville. Just before entering the showroom I met Erin and let her know I was interested in a CR V. Erin was fantastic, she explained the differences between the hybrids and non hybrids and the features that were available in each. After a short test drive it was easy to make a decision. The hybrid was chosen. The whole process went smoothly and Juan was terrific and easy to work with throughout the settlement.
