Tim Mance did a wonderful job of showing me to the perfect vehicle! He gave me a great walk around the dealership and provided the right recommendation. Misleading, corrupt, shady, evil. Finance department (dealt with Mohammed and Desmond) added $4600 extra in my loan thinking I wouldn’t notice. Heritage Honda seems like your standard dealership. I only interacted with 2 people, so it is hard to rate the overall dealership. I worked with Branford in sales and Dezmon in finance. I enjoyed my ex I only interacted with 2 people, so it is hard to rate the overall dealership. I worked with Branford in sales and Dezmon in finance. I enjoyed my experience. Dezmon and Branford were able to work with me on a deal that worked for us both. I never felt like I was overly pressured into buying anything. I would go back. More
