Jim has been in constant contact with me through this purchasing process and always went above and beyond to provide me with all the information that I needed to make this purchasing experience as good as possible. Frankie was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and my daughters who wasn't ready to buy yet. Then when we bought the car he sat with us and showed us all the new features we were not familiar with and my daughters who wasn't ready to buy yet. Very happy with my experience with Frankie at Heritage Toyota. I had a bad experience at another dealership before going to Heritage so my guard was up, but Frankie was wonderful.
