I needed an extra leaf spring added and snow tires put on since I use this truck as a work vehicle, and he was able to get that done without any issues so it was ready for me to put it to work as soon as I picked it up! He also got all the paperwork in order ahead of time so I was only at the dealership a little less than two hours (!!) the day I picked it up. I really appreciated Keith making this experience low stress, hassle-free, and no pressure! Hope he’s still there in five years when it’s time to get my next Taco! More
