Ryan went out of his way ( actually met us at the airport!) when we flew in from Oregon. He spent time the next day when we returned to Heritage Toyota to learn the ins and outs of the Toyota Rav. We left the dealership over the moon happy with a car and a new friend several weeks ago. Job done, transaction completed, But no, our new friend Ryan Hardy stepped it up AGAIN. Upon returning to Oregon I realized that I forgot some important Registration papers in Vermont.. Today I received a fedex envelope with the much needed papers and more! Thank you Ryan. I met with Chuck to lease my second new Rav4. He was just as helpful as the first time I leased with him and Toyota three years ago. The whole process was seamless, I told them what I was looking for during one call and after a little bit of searching and legwork on their end, they nailed it and delivered on the perfect truck! Once the search was over and it was time to get into the nitty-gritty details of the paperwork the whole experience was very comfortable and friendly. While I was thoroughly informed about all the options, added warranties, and extras I could add to the truck I was never pressured into any of them. At the end of the day after becoming better educated about my options it was my decision on what to purchase and the whole team was cool and helpful throughout the entire process.
