Worst experience ever. I was forced to stay past closing (I arrived around 5-5:30pm and they close at 8pm) and coerced in to signing paperwork that was incorrect and then they have been dragging their feet (I arrived around 5-5:30pm and they close at 8pm) and coerced in to signing paperwork that was incorrect and then they have been dragging their feet on taking off the add ons (that I was told could not come off until the loan was finalized). The loan has been finalized for 4 months now and my loan holder just confirmed that no payment has been sent in to take those add ons off. Very much taken advantage of. I have reached out to managers, associates and even my sales person; no resolution whatsoever. More

Worst customer service I brought my Miata in 3 times for the same problem - my windshield trim was lose. The guys told me they could fix it but each time they had my car the I brought my Miata in 3 times for the same problem - my windshield trim was lose. The first time the tech hadn’t even scraped off the glue from the previous work! They were in such a hurry thinking I wouldn’t notice sloppy work. When I complained to corporate there were lies made and corporate backed them. No surprise there. I’ll never take my car there for anything. More

I had the most TERRIBLE car buying experience at Hiley Mazda with Marshall the Sales Manager. He was very UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, and provided HORRIBLE customer service throughout the entire process and mad Mazda with Marshall the Sales Manager. He was very UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, and provided HORRIBLE customer service throughout the entire process and made us feel VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. He raised his voice SEVERAL times during the process when negotiating price and effectively said we were lying about things he communicated to us in email. As we were leaving he even MOCKED us by saying “Would you like some water for the Road? I won’t charge you for that (while he grinned)”. The whole experience was just TERRIBLE and I wouldn’t wish it upon anybody. We had been communicating for about two weeks on a certain vehicle and had ball parked a price on the vehicle but when we arrived they CHANGED the price!!! We still are searching for a Mazda CX-5 to purchase but would NOT recommend this place if you are in the market for a Mazda or any used vehicle. More
