I would not recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from Hill Kelly. In the past I have purchased used vehicles and dealt with Bob Tyler Toyota and Pete Moore Chevrolet and both treated me exceptionally better t Kelly. In the past I have purchased used vehicles and dealt with Bob Tyler Toyota and Pete Moore Chevrolet and both treated me exceptionally better than Hill Kelly, which I purchased a brand new vehicle from. After owning my RAM for just at a year the battery went bad. After having to jump the truck off multiple times I took it to the service department and they gave me a price and said they could put it in. After I asked if it were under warranty they then decided to get my information and inform me that I would need to come back because they would need to do a 3 hour diagnostics in the truck. I explained to the service advisor that I would drive the truck home and they would pay to get it towed back, she quickly responded with "we don't pay for that, Chrysler does." She minds well have said she didn't care. After speaking with the service manager she was kind enough to put me in a loaner. I got a text today saying the battery was covered but they had to wait on it to get there, but they had one last night when they assumed I was going to pay for it. This wasn't necessarily a big deal. Moving forward While they had the truck I explained that I have been having issues with my cargo light. I get a message from the advisor today saying hat there was a short in the BCM it would not be covered under warranty due to changing the bulbs in the cargo light. Then asked if I would approve a $119.95 diagnostic charge. So here I am wondering how they know it's a BCM but haven't ran a diagnostic? Basically they seen an aftermarket bulb and was hoping I would be dumb enough to replace a BCM at my expense. When I went to pick the truck up the service manager had no care in the world about anything that happened and just said "I'm sorry to here that, they're pulling your truck up." This is not the type of customer service you expect to have when buying a vehicle. More

When the GSM tells you "I've been in the business 75 years" , you can already tell they don't know what they're clearly talking about. I have never had worse customer service than the GSM of this dealership in , you can already tell they don't know what they're clearly talking about. When I state I have a problem with his (ADAM) service and he fights me on my opinion, clearly he should not be a manager. When I tell you that you have not called me once over the phone or directly spoken to the customer that is BUYING A CAR, you make your dealership look ridiculous. Fights me on why a "e-check" through paypal, the system the asked me to use for a downpayment, is taking long, well that's because its a check and there are processing days. A month into buying a car, and they have yet to send me my BoS, and have failed to register my car, especially when I was asked if I'd like for them to take care of it, and their fee was included in my payment. Absolutely worst service and does not know the intricacies of running their own business. For full disclosure, the problem is with the Manager, Adam Ramer. On the other hand, Prince (salesperson) has been nothing but a delight and attentive through this whole process. A month into this deal and the only person that has reached out to me has been Prince. Not once has the manager of a dealership not spoken to a customer who bought a car. YIKES. More

Gladiator Scheduled to pick up a new vehicle today. GM canceled a meeting to view my trade-in. Then, I could not get a hold of him or the salesman because the Scheduled to pick up a new vehicle today. GM canceled a meeting to view my trade-in. Then, I could not get a hold of him or the salesman because they were in "meetings". Turns out, they had a better offer on the vehicle and refunded my deposit. Update: Rusty calls back to salvage the deal. We were $1,000 off on my trade. Had the morning events not occurred, I probably would have taken their offer on my trade for $1,000 less than I wanted, but I still had a bad impression of their customer service. We talked and at the end I decided not to buy the vehicle. I stated that I am obviously disappointed, and that I did a lot of work in preparation to purchase and finance this vehicle. Because of that, my reviews on Yelp and google will remain. He gets upset and states, we have the right not to sell a vehicle too and I am not selling it to you now or ever! Lol. Be warned. He then calls me a liar regarding the above review. He angrily accused my of lying three times in it: 1. Stated I was not scheduled to pick up a vehicle today... I am waiting for the autograft check to arrive from the bank. They have the vehicle gases up and ready supposedly. I told the sales guy I am at the mercy of the post office. As soon as the check shows up, I will be out to get the Jeep. So I agree, "scheduled" might have been a poor choice in words but certainly not a lie. I fully intended, which they knew, to come get the Jeep as soon as the check arrived which was estimated to be today. 2. Stated I lied about the meeting with the GM to view my trade in. We 100% agreed to meet at my house this morning. He stated 30 minutes out, and then canceled. 3. Said I also lied in the above review, that they sold the Jeep out from under me... Read above. Never said that. Pretty heavy accusations. The GM said they had a better offer anyway. More
