Mr. Gary Trabel applied his years of experience to assess our wants & needs, and quickly present us with available vehicle options. At time of delivery, Gary familiarized us with the new vehicle controls & features, again displaying his experience in vehicle knowledge and through his instructional process. Mr. Steve Hirlinger, again personable and professional, closed the transactional piece and he, along with Gary and a short staff, stayed late on the particular weekday evening that was conveniet for us to pickup the vehicle. Car shopping is hard work. With the many variables just at the vehicle level and complexity compounded by their respective cost elements. Then locating the "right" vehicle and finally navigating the commercial piece. It did not come without significant time and effort from us, but our experience with Hirlinger Chevy was all in all a favorable one. More
