We have three of our vehicles serviced by this dealer for over several years now. They do great work and need to take a better approach to protecting the inside floor mats, drivers seat, and interiors from shop grime. I always have to clean and wipe down our interior after I get home from their service work. Floor liners and seat protectors should be used when there is any kind of service work being done. I have seen other Chevrolet dealers in our local area use them and I have appreciated when they show great care and respect for your vehicle.

My car was in for a few service items, was informed and updated through the whole process with great customer service. Had our car back earlier than promised !! Will return with any issues in the future and recommend to family and friends.
Although our vehicle was purchased somewhere other than Hirlinger Chevrolet.They were very helpful and eager to show me all the functions of my truck and how to operate them. Gary assisted me in setting up my on-star,wifi,and radio in addition to being certain that I understood all functions of the truck.I did not receive this attention at the dealership where the truck was purchased. Fast, courteous crew makes the choice a 'no-brainer'. The Hirlinger facility has a great lounge area while the service is being conducted. All questions were answered on the spot. The price for a standard oil change/lube is very competitive. The 'cherry on top' is the courtesy car wash to get you back on the road looking great. I highly recommend visiting the folks at Hirlinger Chevrolet.
I had an air bag light come on and I took my car there for convince. NEVER AGAIN! First we were told we had no extended warranty (untrue), then we were told it wasn't covered. Now we owe them $60 for NOTHING! Not to mention their serice department was less than helpful. Shame on us for giving them a second chance. Don't waste your money or the hassle with this buisness!

I have used Hirlinger service for many years with used and new cars. Now that I have another new vehicle from Hirlinger, I will not need service as much as with the old, but I’ll be continuing to use them when needed!
