1) the complexity of having to get a rental and then come back for a loaner 2) did not communicate that the lady who does the loaners leaves at 4, so when I got there at 4:30, nobody else could help and I ha back for a loaner 2) did not communicate that the lady who does the loaners leaves at 4, so when I got there at 4:30, nobody else could help and I had to come back the next day. I was very upset after driving through traffic to get there. 3) I was called the wrong name repeatedly. 4) the cost estimate was much higher than quoted. 5) my car was filthy when I got it back. I was planning on maybe exchanging my current Jeep for a new one, but after my experience, I am thinking that I may need to go to another dealership. More

I experienced a problem with my service advisor, Steven Ruth. I wanted to know the reason the vehicle engine light was on. He would tell me everything about the car rather than the reason I brought my vehi Ruth. I wanted to know the reason the vehicle engine light was on. He would tell me everything about the car rather than the reason I brought my vehicle in. On another occasion, He called me to say that he would need to keep the vehicle longer than expected, that he had a rental for me due to the delay. We drove to the dealership only for Mr. Ruth to say it was a mistake. He didn't have the care to call to say he made a mistake or even apologize. There were other occurrences that I care not to go into details. I was not satisfied with Service Advisor so I carried my concerns to Allison Gilliland. She was professional, interested in our concern, she listened, investigated the matter and came up with a remedy to our situation. Long story short, she set us up with a rental car and pushed for my vehicle be ready on or before the rental car was due to be returned. Sufficed to say our car was ready one day beyond the return date and the rental car was extended. Thanks for having Allison Gilliland on your team. She really made what started out as an unpleasant experience to an awesome one. More
My experience with Steven Ruth was actually an average rating (3). He needs more training on how to deal with customers. Steven ended with a 5 because when asked who I worked with I put both names. I didn't want to slight Allison by rating her average so I had no choice but to rate 5 for both since the app doesn't separate the two. On the other hand, Allison Gilliland was excellent. We had a problem, explained it to her, she listened, did her homework, followed up with us and the matter was resolved each time. More
