As part of my wheel rotation, I requested that the spare tire also be rotated. I was told that that would be completed. When I picked up my Jeep, I asked if the spare tire had been rotated and was told that tire also be rotated. I was told that that would be completed. When I picked up my Jeep, I asked if the spare tire had been rotated and was told that yes, it had; however, when I picked it up, it had not been rotated so I had to drop it off again and wait even longer. Work took 3 days longer than expected to be completed. Car only has 27K miles and 2 tires needed to be replaced. The dealership was unable to just get 2 tires so I was forced to spend an extra $600 to rep Car only has 27K miles and 2 tires needed to be replaced. When I questioned them Steve immediately removed them but I shouldn't have had to audit the bill for extra charges More

Feels like southside bad car shop I came in for a factory, recall advisors first reaction. I'm not doing it. I'm not dealing with it.
