Service writer lied on the service order and said I stated I had an oil leak, I did not state that, he called ME and said I had a leak "but don't worry, it's covered under warranty we'll take care of i stated I had an oil leak, I did not state that, he called ME and said I had a leak "but don't worry, it's covered under warranty we'll take care of it". Also car returned with missing battery cover as supplied by factory. Stellantis got hosed for 2300 bucks for swapping the batteries and the supposed timing cover gasket. Very unscrupulous. More

Communication was terrible no consideration for the customer. The Communication between workers doesn't work at all. Not on the same page.
