An amazing car dealership experience! Honda Universe has helped both my mom and my dad get new Hondas ( a new Civic and a new Accord). Christina Barrett literally was a miracle worker the Honda Universe has helped both my mom and my dad get new Hondas ( a new Civic and a new Accord). Christina Barrett literally was a miracle worker the whole time. I was over on my old lease with a Toyota Camry from about 2 years ago and was looking for a smaller car with an equal or lower car payment. I got a beautiful brand new 2019 Honda Civic and got to trade in my old car. I am now in a great lease, and not over miles! Christina went above and beyond to make sure this happened for me, since I traveled all the way from PA. WIthout her and Rahsaan, walking away in a brand new car wouldn't have been possible. Thanks to the staff at Honda Universe for all of their compassion towards their customers, and making me feel comfortable throughout the process! I am so grateful and happy with my car! More

Positive Experience "Times Three" at Honda Universe My daughter leased both of her Hondas at Honda Universe--first she got an SUV, then recently a van. I was with her both times, and both of those times she was helped by Mr. John McGraw, who was very friendly/courteous, and answered all my daughter's questions to her satisfaction. My son-in-law was also pleased, so he, too, leased a new CRV for himself! When it's time for me to lease or buy, I'm going straight to see John because I know first-hand that I can trust him to help me too. More
