Battery Problems On the 24th of January I went out to start my Honda Civic and found that the Battery was not enough to start it. I then went over to our CRV and it to On the 24th of January I went out to start my Honda Civic and found that the Battery was not enough to start it. I then went over to our CRV and it too would not turn over. I planned to jump start my Civic from my CRV, but that option wasn't viable. I called the Honda service desk and they sent a person with a jump kit to attempt to start start one of my cars so I could bring it in for a new battery. It was successful and I managed to gt the CRV equipped with a new battery and then when I got home the Jump start worked on the Civic and got it to the Service center for a new battery as well. Thanks to Josh and the fine service team at Honda I was able to get both vehicles up and running again in a few hours. I have always had a great experience with these folks at Honda for the past 14 years. They go out of their way to help you out of difficult situations. Well Done! More
