Good morning. We greatly appreciate reviews whether they are good or bad. This way we can learn what we do well and where we need to improve. To address not coming off the price of a used vehicle. We aggressively price our used vehicles to where they are one of the cheapest around, and more times than not, the customers research agrees with ours. This means that we research our market on a daily basis. If you were looking at a 2015 that means it was a certified pre-owned and that vehicle went through the certification process which shows a 182 point inspection and we MUST do all repairs necessary on the vehicle in order to satisfy Honda. They even pull the rotors and pads and measure them to make certain they are within certain specs. We then apply a 100,000 mile warranty to go with the vehicle. This is an expensive process but it is for YOUR benefit, not ours. This helps to ensure you that you are buying a used vehicle that is as new as we can make it. But we have always offered a price matching on our used vehicles. If you find a comparable vehicle (make, model, miles, condition, certification) then we will come down and match the price. If we are shown a lower priced comparable vehicle within 250 miles, we will match it. As far as the comment Mr. Lawson made about the Aspen ski trip. Mr. Lawson has been with this company for many years and is one of the top salesmen month after month. He has more referral business than anyone else here and his customers give him top notch reviews month after month. For him to state something like that is just an example of his dry sense of humor and should not have been taken seriously. He has made that comment hundreds of times and the by far majority laugh at it. Our document fee is on every vehicle. I personally have bought 3 cars here and have paid the doc fee every single time. My parents pay a doc fee, everyone pays that fee. We have 93 employees here that the dealership must pay for the following: employee training, certifications, computer licensing, advertising, inventory... the list goes on. 20 years ago, dealers would make $3000 to $5000 profit MINIMUM on a single vehicle and the doc fee was not necessary. That type of profit does not happen anymore and that doc fee helps to offset our overhead cost of providing the customer a nice dealership with properly trained staff. I am sorry that we could not please you, but we greatly appreciate the opportunity. Is there anything that we can do to help you out in this situation? Again, thank you and I look forward to hearing from you.
