Very bad service. I bought a Honda Pilot 2021 from last March 2023, and when I signed the contract, the salesman (his name issac) told me that there is one key now, a I bought a Honda Pilot 2021 from last March 2023, and when I signed the contract, the salesman (his name issac) told me that there is one key now, and another key will be produced. It will be received upon receipt of the plate number after a month, and when I went to receive the plate number and the second key, the sales man told me He forgot and apologized for that , and told me I will send you the keys to the mailbox within a week and I did not receive anything and I contacted him more than 6 time but he did not answer the call or even the messages and this bothered me very much so I went to Honda Freehold and spoke with the manager and he also told me that a key will be made for you and we agreed on it He is writing to the nearest Honda in Staten Island and that I will get the key from there and that they will pay the cost to the Honda Staten Island branch. So far, three months have passed since this talk, and I did not get a copy of the key, and no one answers my call. Really very bad service and there is no after-sales service. More

Darryl Overby was great and made us feel very comfortable; however, I was very unhappy finding out that actual price for my certified used vehicle was significantly more than price advertised on comfortable; however, I was very unhappy finding out that actual price for my certified used vehicle was significantly more than price advertised on the dealer website. That is very misleading and, in my opinion, unethical. Hearing that "all dealers do it" doesn't make it any better. Car dealers shouldn't take advantage of market conditions to overcharge their customers. More
