First off Richie was an awesome salesman to work with. Made me feel comfortable. But the service that followed was not good. My car was Honda certified but had a fog light out. Another xxxxty thing is they never told me it had been in a accident reported or not, has crack behind license plate I front and bumper was repainted. This repaint job is complete xxxx and not even a year having it, and the front bumper is peeling off paint all over. Should not be an issue on a 2017 honda accord with 25,000 miles on it. Practically brand new car and my bumper looks like garbage. I want to say I appreciate Richie but this detail has made me come to want a different vehicle now. Take what you want from this. More

I will be sending more friends and family that way to Honda of Kenosha even if out of state friends. They will have to go see them. I should have stopped in to Honda if Kenosha right away instead of wasting time with other dealerships that stated that they couldn’t help me. Honda didn’t hesitate to help me. I am so great Full for everyone there who helped me and made the trade go smoothly and fast. Thank you all once again with all my heart. Couldn’t have done it with out you. When I walked into your service area 3 times in a week I was not greeted for 15 minutes. I had no idea if anyone (besides the customers) even saw me or cared that I was there. The feeling I got was that they wanted to do as little as possible to get me out the door with little effort. I was flexible and left my car so they could help others.
