I don't know who Jeremiah Rose is. My complaint is against the Service Dept. Manager. I made an appointment for oil change. When I got to the dealership at my appointed time, I was My complaint is against the Service Dept. Manager. I made an appointment for oil change. When I got to the dealership at my appointed time, I was told by the manager that I would have to wait an hour and a half for service. I asked why the dealership isn't honoring my appointment time. The manager told me that they were busy that day. So I told the manager that if they don't want to honor appointment times, that I would get my service else where. So I left and got my oil changed at another establishment. Who ever heard of not honoring appointment times???? What kind of business model includes "Fake Appointment Times". I'll go to Honda of Gurnee instead. More
