I am reluctant to return to this dealership for service. I purchased my 2018 Honda CRV from Kenosha Honda as a certified preowned vehicle and had all my service done at this dealership. I recently had two I purchased my 2018 Honda CRV from Kenosha Honda as a certified preowned vehicle and had all my service done at this dealership. I recently had two incidences that has caused me some concerns. (#1) On 10/21/22 I had my Honda in for service and was told the air filter and cabin filters were dirty and needed to be replaced soon. I showed Joe that the filters were replaced a week ago with Honda parts and not dirty. I was offered an apology and given credit for a free oil change. (#2) On 5/15/23 when starting my Honda, all of the electronic safety features failed power up diagnostics with errors on the dash board and the brake was on solid. It was towed to the dealership. I was told the battery and fuel injectors need to be replaced with a code 0172 indicating fuel injectors running rich. The battery was only a year old and replaced under warranty. I was told there are no fuel injectors available and should not drive the car for concern of doing future damage. They could not offer me a loaner. Joe said he would call when they could service my car. I had no choice but to take my car to another auto repair shop. The shop I took it to showed no error codes. It has been a month and 1241 miles latter and no error codes indicating fuel injectors running rich. I have not heard anything from the the Honda dealership. More
At most dealerships you feel rushed and very uncomfortable but when I was went here I felt very relaxed and now hurried.
