They gave my car back to me with my passenger side mirror dangling off of my car and never said anything to me. Clearly someone knew they damaged my car. Very upsetting. More

It wasn't a big deal they made a mistake with the paperwork, but they made me feel like it was my fault. They didn't put a rush on it or apologize for the inconvenience. It was disappointing because the service here is usually better.

I was hardly shower anything about the new Pilot. I started to leave and had to return to ask a nice lady where the gas indicated was. I was only shown the tail end and storage compartment. A nother car had driven over the side of the lot and everyone was paying attention to that.
