Didn’t receive anything substantial off on my service needs. Received no car wash do to car wash door was broken. I wasn’t the only one upset about that. We had an appointment. My husband had to take off work to come to the appointment. They knew we were coming in for tires. The tires were not ready when we got there. No one told us this.
