I have worked with this location since 2015 when I purchased my vehicle from them. Great customer service, fast service and great perks such as Auto Butler that I was sold the vehicle on the premise t purchased my vehicle from them. Great customer service, fast service and great perks such as Auto Butler that I was sold the vehicle on the premise that it was for the life of the vehicle...well here is the update since 2015. Auto Butler was only for 5 years, which then they never fulfilled that because the pandemic hit and they did not fulfill my final Auto Butler free full detailing service and when they reopened to doing them I was told mine expired (granted there was a pandemic and I couldn't bring it in). Then since March of 2020 to even now customer service has gone way down. My car after a service use to be returned to me atleast wiped down inside, vacuumed and a step above, washed too. Now that doesn't happen and the past two times I've had plastic left in it, an oil rag, etc . They no longer give loaner vehicles either when you need work done. It took over 2 and a half hours for an oil, filter, new front wipers (which the previous time I ordered and never were replaced) and fluid change. I was only updated one time 20 min prior to it being completed. Prices have soared through the roof, no coupons offered anymore and barely any techs working. Also, I can bring the vehicle in and ask for something to be looked at in the same appointment and then was told I would have to schedule for that at a different time cause they don't have time on x day that I already was there with the vehicle for work to be done. Instead of them having parts available for a previously scheduled job months in advance, they want me to pre pay for parts... I'm not footing the bill ahead of time, they are the dealership, if you know you have a vehicle coming in for repairs, have the parts in stock. I hope they start turning this around. More

This dealership uses a bait and switch sales tactic which REQUIRES you to purchase a “butler” package (includes things like floor mats, window etchings, clear coat protection etc - all of which SHOULD be opt REQUIRES you to purchase a “butler” package (includes things like floor mats, window etchings, clear coat protection etc - all of which SHOULD be optional). They DO NOT advertise any of this “accessory fee” on their website or anywhere on their listings. Had we not asked for an out-the-door quote, we would’ve made a 5+ hour drive to their dealership only to learn of this unthinkable policy. There is no option - they simply force you to buy it. A $3500 used car was about to be slapped with an additional $1300 fee in our case. Read reviews on Google and you’ll see we are not the first people to encounter this ridiculousness. Never have I heard of something as silly and dishonest. Unthinkable! More
