I purchased a brand new car. The test drive, car purchase at the dealership was fine. All the issues arose after we got home. The car makes a really loud humming noise that the salesman never alerted us. Out at the dealership was fine. All the issues arose after we got home. The car makes a really loud humming noise that the salesman never alerted us. Out of concern, I took it to a local Honda service and they told me it’s a safety feature. The financing was also awful. The finance personnel never reviewed the final pricing sheet and misled us about warranty - telling us he “upgraded” us when in fact it was a +1245 cost. He also kept referencing us the monthly cost, not the sticker price, not correctly us when we low balled. I left multiple messages w Cory but he never called me back to address. More

We asked for the diamond service for our car along with maintenance check. We live 45 mins from this service center. When the car was finished and we approached it, the car was wet…it hadn’t been dried o maintenance check. We live 45 mins from this service center. When the car was finished and we approached it, the car was wet…it hadn’t been dried off…the car was clean when we arrived. Pretty sure we didn’t get the diamond service even though we handed in our coupon. Pretty frustrating. We had to wash the car again to get rid of the water spots. I don’t really know the process if the diamond wash, I’m guessing it wasn’t intended to look like how we received our car. More
