I had an issue after I brought my CRV in for auto butler & the radar unit was disengaged. After trouble shooting the existing unit they determined the unit needed to be replaced. Rodney made me feel like a & the radar unit was disengaged. After trouble shooting the existing unit they determined the unit needed to be replaced. Rodney made me feel like a very valued customer with excellent communications via calls & text messages. The service director Todd approved the installation of a new unit& covered the cost.
