I have a 25 Honda Pilot Elite and had a rattle in the trunk area. The service at Honda of Lincoln was incredible. The service writer Grant was all over the issue and even rejected the first atempt to fix trunk area. The service at Honda of Lincoln was incredible. The service writer Grant was all over the issue and even rejected the first atempt to fix it. They finally found that the bolts were lose on the Dynamic Vibration Dampener inside the rear tail gate. That is very impressive work and you can see why this is rated as a Presidential Honda dealership nationally. Outstanding service..
