We had wonderful customer experience with AJ in sales and Chad in financing. This is our first experience buying a newer Honda (husband was driving a ‘90 Accord sans muffler when we first met). I have driven Chad in financing. This is our first experience buying a newer Honda (husband was driving a ‘90 Accord sans muffler when we first met). I have driven Hyundai for 13+ years and lost faith in the brand and the local dealership. We are thrilled with our 2019 Honda Pilot and we look forward to enjoying it for years to come. We did opt to purchase the extended warranty and we are grateful for the peace of mind that comes with that package. AJ was warm and friendly and Chad was kind and knowledgeable.
