We brought our Pilot in for a routine oil change on Saturday. One of the sales associates, Russ Meyer sought us out because of my 14 plates. He was so incredibly nice he even asked to take our son to Saturday. One of the sales associates, Russ Meyer sought us out because of my 14 plates. He was so incredibly nice he even asked to take our son to see a race car that was in the shop. Russ came and asked me about a large scratch on the drivers side door and told me he was going to see if that could be buffed out. When I picked up our car I couldn't even find a scratch. Russ went above and beyond. Definitely when we are in the market to purchase a car I will seek him out. More
