Russ was so patient and very thoroughly explained everything on the cars, even before I was certain that I was going to buy. He was also helpful in giving me all the information that I needed to make the best financial decision for myself. Sometimes, as a woman shopping for a car, some salesmen can come across as condescending and make it an uncomfortable experience, but this was not the case at Honda of Lincoln. Russ was kind, respectful and patient. After being at the dealership for 3 hours Russ even said that I didn’t need to make the decision that day, which told me what I needed to know about him as a salesman. I feel like he is there to help the person at the other side of his desk, not meet some arbitrary bottom line. Another great Honda of Lincoln Experience I was looking for a good used Honda for my daughter's first car. I have come to appreciate how quickly these vehicles move at the dealership and so I I was looking for a good used Honda for my daughter's first car.
