Best Car Buying Experience EVER. My experience began about 2 weeks ago when I found a 2014 Honda Pilot for sale at Honda of Lincoln, I contacted the salesperson (Jerry) and began dis My experience began about 2 weeks ago when I found a 2014 Honda Pilot for sale at Honda of Lincoln, I contacted the salesperson (Jerry) and began discussion to come down and see the vehicle. Well when it came time to go and see it, it wasn't available as it was being prepped to sell as a Certified Used Honda. Jerry said that all I needed to do was put down a small refundable deposit and the car was mine first to try out when it came back. Unfortunately, the time at the detail shop was longer than expected due to unforseen circumstances. Jerry kept in contact with me and made sure I was in the loop at all times until the car was returned to the dealership. Went to the dealership, did the test drive (awesome as expected) and signed the paperwork. No hassles, no issues. Chad in the Finance Department was even able to get us a lower rate than we did on our own! Best Honda dealership in Nebraska BAR NONE. More
