The second email was a generous offer from Robert to install a new radio at the dealer expense, which was done. I was able to stop by after work, see the car, do the paperwork in 10 minutes and drive away. Chad Erwin processed the paperwork in a very professional, fast, efficient manner. We, of course swapped some stories about children and grandchildren, and are 100% satisfied. Very quick, fast to answer any questions and very helpful.
