I then worked with Chad Erwin to fill out all the paperwork and at first I was going to need a co-signer but he was able to work with the bank to figure out how I could get approved on my own, which I was very thankful for. Both of these guys were super nice and great to work with, I will definitely go back to them in the future. More

He is so patient and attentive to your needs, and even though he is incredibly busy, he makes you feel like you are the only customer in the dealership. I took some time to make up my mind, so much so that the dealership felt like home as I was going there so many evenings to test drive cars. Brian and the whole team (the receptionist, Joe and Justin) were untiring and very accommodating to my needs. I cannot thank them enough for making this a pleasant and effortless experience for me. I would also like to add that Brian goes well above and beyond in so many ways for his customers. Through personal experience and of some others, I can say that, his relationship with you does not end after the sale of the car, but he will be there to assist you with any questions or issues down the line as well. 5 stars for Brian and Honda of Lincoln! Understanding and compassionate I worked with Brian and got myself a used Civic at a price I can afford. I went in looking for a CR-V, Subaru Forester, or something similar. Unfortun I worked with Brian and got myself a used Civic at a price I can afford. I went in looking for a CR-V, Subaru Forester, or something similar. Unfortunately there just wasn't much in my budget available in that criteria. Brian was understanding of my situation and what I was looking for and very helpful with suggestions based on how I planned to use the vehicle. He was very helpful and even gave me a lift home one day after spending most of my day at the dealership. I really appreciated that. The rest of the team was helpful as well and overall had a great experience as a first time (in a long time) buyer. More

Without him I would not be able to get my hands on my 2019 civic type r. The car did not arrive till about a month later because it was being assembled from the UK. From the first day till a month later Russ kept in touch with me regularly and gave me much anticipated updates. He answered all my questions and always had a smile when I come in for new updates. All the staff I encountered were friendly and always had time to answer my questions. I have told my friends, co-workers and family about my wonderful car experience Thank You Honda Of Lincoln!
