Our experience was Outstanding! Things were explained in great detail. Unbelievably friendly employees. We added some extra services at our purchase and they worked unbelievably hard to get everything done on the vehicle so we didn't have to come back again to finish those services, so that was the reason for the delay. We had been looking for a used Murano to replace my daughters Murano for quite some time. When we first say the 2009 Murano on the Honda lot our initial thoughts were that it was a little out of our b daughters Murano for quite some time. Chad was especially helpful in this department as he was able to give us a plan that was within our budget. If it was possible to give all 6's in the above rating system I would. Honda of Lincoln not only sells some of the best cars on the market, but in my opinion it also employs some of the most helpful and honest employees around. Excellent experience.
