He fully explained our warranty with the purchase of a Certified Honda, the terms of our loan, and the options available for additional coverage on our vehicle. I was expecting to sit for at least an hour signing paperwork, but Chad was ready and everything was so streamlined and efficient! I also appreciated the fact that even though my husband and I couldn't get to the dealership during normal business hours, the lights were on and Calvin and Chad were ready to work.
