For a person who dreads the process of buying a vehicle, I was floored by my recent experience at Williamson Honda. It was so easy! When I narrowed it down to two, we sat down and crunched the numbers to get an idea of the monthly payment. I felt that my best interests were always the main focus of this transaction, never the sale for the dealership. They handled the financing on the spot and the paperwork took less than an hour. Pleasant as this may have been, there is more. The vehicle I purchased was brand new to the lot and needed to go through the service department. They gave it a thorough check up that included an oil change, fixed a broken door latch, and installed new brakes and tires all included in my purchase price. On top of that, Greg handed over the keys to a brand new Honda Accord for me to drive on loan until my vehicle was ready the following week! Maybe this is standard procedure, but I had never imagined this level of customer care. I highly recommend Williamson Honda as a great place to buy a car. More

Having bought my car from my dealership I would assume that a tire rotation would be free but, no it costs $21.00 + tax. I was disappointed about this espescially that places like jiffy lube would do this that a tire rotation would be free but, no it costs $21.00 + tax. I went to Williamson Honda because I've gotten my 1997 Honda Civic serviced there for the last 10 years. I was ready to buy a (new) used car, hoping to trade my 97 Civic. I fell in love with the Fit, an Honda Civic serviced there for the last 10 years. I was ready to buy a (new) used car, hoping to trade my 97 Civic. I fell in love with the Fit, and Caleb let me drive the cars they had there. He was very knowledgeable, but didn't smother me with attention and presence! I was comfortable asking questions and didn't get the weird "obligated" feeling. A week after the test drives, I went back to Williamson and bought a 2011 Fit! Loving it! More

No way to evaluate the quality of work done for a 105K maintenance until driven awhile. Price of $800 compared to the $300 or so for regular 15K maintenance when considering that valve adjustment and spa maintenance until driven awhile. David was very helpful and was willing to show us all the options that we had and what he could do for us. He didn't pressure us into something that was right for us and was very patient since we were new t options that we had and what he could do for us. The only complaint we had was that they didn't work w/ us more toward a second purchase. We were prepared to trade two vehicles, but only ended up closing one deal with your dealership.
