I had my 2005 Honda CRV serviced for the 135,400 miles I have put on this vehicle. Dave Rose has been my go to guy for service the last two years. He is always friendly and caring for the customer. He explained to me all that was done to my vehicle and then lets me know what will be done the next time that I am in for service. I bought my car new from Brian in 2009. Since then when I have needed an oil change I have also had my car washed, waxed and detailed. I have always called Brian to set this up. Therefore there are more staff that do the oil change and car cleaning and I think they do a wonderful job also. When I leave the Honda lot I feel my car is safe and nice and shiny. I had a lot of dumb questions for Brian when I first bought my CRV, and he has always been very helpful in explaining things to me. I feel all the staff there are very friendly, professional and qualified. Most important I never feel like I am getting ripped off like I have at other places in the past. I needed a new tire for my Honda Ridgeline to replace a punctured tire that couldn't be repaired, but I didn't want to replace the whole set as the remaining tires had a lot of tread left. The problem was, the matching replacement tire had been discontinued by the manufacturer. Something "close" was easily available, but on his own accord, Nolan Bivens went above and beyond by calling all around the area to find the exact match from an Omaha vendor. Great price, too. This is the second time Nolan has helped us with tires and/or other parts (we also have a Honda Pilot), and the service was exceptional both times. I could have tried to find the tires, parts, etc. cheaper elsewhere, but I trust Nolan's service. Thanks, Honda of Lincoln! More
