She Loves that car! Our service advisor was courteous and professional. I had the transmission serviced and oil pump replaced and a few other necessary things done. Now how do I say this? The work was completed and while I was driving the car home I experienced a hiccup. I contacted my service advisor and was immediately attended to. There was a major issue with one of the repairs and was rectified in a manner that was what some would say should be expected. I'm typing this to say it was far above that. I might add that this is exactly why I recommend taking your car to a dealership. Honda of Ocala is to be commended for keeping great employees like George and Duke who truly shine when not everything goes as originally planned. Once we were moved to the finance gentleman, he himself was very friendly and worked quickly to get the paperwork done. It was late, we were the last customers of the night, but you wouldn't know it. I never felt rushed by them. I really appreciate not being pressured into buying anything or feeling forced to make a decision. Bryan gave me plenty of car options to choose from, and allowed me to choose my car color. More
