Thomas Cacace was excellent. Took the time to ask me how the car was doing even though I just bought for new state inspection. Very personable and easy going. Due to recall, told that service time would be 4-5 hours. Thanks to Marc Brown and mechanic, work done in 3-1/2 hours.
