AnnaMarie was my sales consultant and she had amazing patience with me related to my endless questions in my quest to find the best option and value for my budget. She was one of the most knowledgeable sales people I have ever encountered. She knew nearly every answer to my questions about the three (3) different vehicles I test drove, and if she didn't know the answer she quickly found it as soon as we returned to the dealership. She was beyond efficient, even on a night when the dealership was packed with customers. She truly went above and beyond to help me consider all my options and be comfortable with my decision. Rodney, likewise, took the time to listen and did his utmost to come to a number that worked for our family's budget and allowed me the time to think about it and not feel pressured into making an impulsive decision which many car buyers often regret. Finally, a special thanks to Ronnie in the finance department who was also patient. He explained and took the time to answer all of our questions and allowed us to consider our best options. Quick to act, no nonsense and respectful attitude to me, the customer, very helpful and informative every step of the way, - I can't think of a better sales person to do business with. Thank you, Sam! And this goes for the entire dealership, including the staff in the Financial Department and Parts and Service. I've always serviced my cars at the dealership. I know I can get lower-priced service elsewhere but Service at the dealership gives me peace of mind like nowhere else can. This - due to high experience of the mechanics, iron-clad certainty that they will stand behind their work and do whatever it takes to make it right, convenience of online appointments, early open hours, impeccable friendly attitude of the customer service staff. And, of course, the warm fresh bagels and an excellent coffee machine in the lounge while you wait.
