In 2022, I went to Acura Valley Stream with the goal of driving away in a car. Instead, I ended up with multiple credit inquiries and no vehicle. Fast forward to 2025, three years later, I received an unexpected call from Jay Rosenthal, the General Manager for Honda and Acura Valley Stream. Jay and his team were committed to rectifying the situation after all this time. I was invited to the dealership by the manager and welcomed by a team of customer service-focused employees. Brittany Brown, the Finance Manager, went to great lengths to ensure that I left the dealership satisfied.
