When I picked up my car after the oil change was done, I didn’t think I had to inspect the outside of my car the same way they inspect my car when it’s dropped off. So when I got home I noticed a long scuff didn’t think I had to inspect the outside of my car the same way they inspect my car when it’s dropped off. So when I got home I noticed a long scuff mark on the drivers side of the car from the rear to almost the front of the car. I knew after I got home if I called them to complain about it, they would probably say why didn’t I say something before I left but I honestly didn’t inspect the body of the car so I didn’t see it. I also knew they would say once it leaves the shop they are not liable to what happens after that. It cost me 250.00 to remove the mark left on the car. More

Why do I need to sit around and wait for my service to be completed???? And no, I don't need a one-way ride and then pay Uber to get back to you!! You need to learn a thing or two from Tesla. They take your car and give you $50 for Uber rides which is enough for a round trip. It was a disaster. You just sit like an idiot and wait for your service to be completed!!
