We had Mr. Morris for my sales sales rep. Soon as I stopped my vehicle and stepped out Mr. Morris was right there ready to assist us/me. He asked me who I had a Morris for my sales sales rep. Soon as I stopped my vehicle and stepped out Mr. Morris was right there ready to assist us/me. He asked me who I had an apt. with. I told him Mr. Corbin, then he looked for Mr. Corbin couldn’t find him, then called him to try to assist me but instead he helped which was totally fine with me. He was very professional and courteous. I knew the vehicle I wanted so he got the keys and let me test drive, then came back and started the finance process which was super quick. While waiting, Mr. Morris offered us drinks and snacks. They came back with the finance approval paperwork. We signed and Mr. Morris got my new truck cleaned and gassed up. Then I spoke with Biren which was another professional assistant. He asked me few short questions, signed a couple documents, helped me with my tag and I was on my way. Very quick process. Thank you Honda for my new vehicle and professional assistance on helping me with my new purchase. More

I wasn’t impressed with the multiple incorrect math or the answers I got for my questions. I don’t like the games or the way I was treated. I got the vehicle I wanted, but I’m sure I could have gotten a b the answers I got for my questions. I don’t like the games or the way I was treated. I got the vehicle I wanted, but I’m sure I could have gotten a better deal somewhere else. This was our third Honda that came from your dealership and I doubt I will return. More
