I went in for a planned service, but during the installation, a previously undamaged component was damaged. The company refused to take responsibility and made me pay full price for the replacement installation, a previously undamaged component was damaged. The company refused to take responsibility and made me pay full price for the replacement. To make matters worse, I later received an email stating I would be reimbursed—only to find out that the offer was contingent on trading in my current car for another vehicle. Overall, a very disappointing experience. More
