The Honolulu Service Dept. is currently going through some tough times right now. They had to bring in workers from Arkansas and this is how I met Sarah. Still waiting for a return call on parts ordered for repair. Service appointment and parts were ordered on 4/7. I was told would have in a few days and be able to complete repair prior to 4/19. Called on 4/17 I was told they were overnighted and would receive a call. Still no response! What has happened from 4/7 good service to now? No follow-up. More

i’ve called numerous times to try to reach the salesman Anthony and he has not returned my text or messages, I also left a message for Justin your general manager. He also never returned my call. I am incredibly disappointed with the service of your sales department, including your sales manager, Shawn I need to speak to someone in authority. There are things that I was promised that we’re not done and I was very unhappy with the vehicle and I tried to return it within 24 hours and all they could do is try to sell me on another car twice the price, terrible terrible customer service!!!!!! More
